This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the nhamnham app ("nhamnham", "the app") collects, why, who it is shared with, and the rights you have. It applies to the nhamnham Android app and its related services.
1. Who we are
nhamnham is provided by EVA Studio, operated by Teófilo Raposo as an individual (the "controller", "we", "us").

2. Summary
- We collect what the app needs to build your meal plans: your account details, your food preferences and — only if you choose to enter them — your allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Allergies and dietary restrictions are health data. We only process them with your explicit consent, given by ticking a checkbox, which you can withdraw at any time.
- We do not use advertising or usage-analytics tools, and we do not sell your data. We do use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash and error reports (see section 3.6).
- Your account data is stored in the European Union (Google Cloud Firestore, EU multi-region). Some processing happens in the USA (see section 8).
- You can delete your account and data at any time from the app (Settings → Delete Account).
3. Data we collect
3.1 Account data
- Name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile-photo link.
- A unique user ID created by Firebase Authentication.
- If you sign in with email and password, your password is handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see it.
3.2 Food preferences
- Favorite dishes (including dish names you type yourself), favorite cuisines, household size, which meals you want planned (dinner only, dinner + leftovers, or lunch and dinner), your goal (lose weight, maintain, build muscle), an optional maximum calories per meal, and app settings such as "Include my saved recipes".
- Foods you don't like (up to 15 short names you choose or type, such as "mushrooms"), dishes you chose not to see again, and whether you have an oven. These are taste and kitchen-equipment preferences, not health information; we use them only to plan your meals and to write AI recipes.
3.3 Health data (special category data)
